![]() When the first “Despicable Me” movie became a surprise hit in 2010 on the strength of its internationally accessible humor and warmth, the minions - Gru’s mischievous support staff - were its breakout stars. So it’s only logical that family cinema’s ubiquitous, gibberish-speaking stars, the minions of “Despicable Me,” now have their own theme park attraction - Despicable Me Minion Mayhem - at Universal Studios Hollywood.įor the uninitiated, “Despicable Me” is an animated film series centered on Gru, a supervillain voiced by Steve Carell who, uncharacteristically for a man who makes his living trying to steal the moon, adopts three daughters from an orphanage. I mean at least it's not a video game adaption of those terrible Minion memes on Facebook, because if that were the case it would probably be the worst thing associated with the Despicable Me movies.Their yellow, begoggled faces have covered billboards, blanketed toy store shelves, appeared in music videos and mobile games. If I were to rate I would probably give it like a 2.5/5 stars because although it had plenty of flaws, it was at least kind of fun. It may not be the worst game I have played, and heck it was sort of fun to play, but when it comes to flash games(or video games in general) to play when you're bored or when you want to have a good time, I definitely wouldn't recommend it unless if you aren't the best at video games or you're a huge Minions/Despicable Me fan. that is easy to exploit and kill, obstacles that are way too easy to get past, and refill pads that reload your ammo(which is Juicy Drop Pop juice) way too quickly, thus making this game a cakewalk to beat, for me at least. But no, instead it is a game with terrible enemy A.I. I thought it would have some sort of challenge that would make it harder for me to beat.
